Okay, so...today, I played a lot of Royal Tunnel. But not even a single gem ! I wasted all my PD on nothing. And I swear, I didn't even open Royal Tunnel/PH today.

It's not a bug. It's just your luck doesn't support you 😑
Also, once you spend PD on Royal Tunnel, even though you quit in the middle of the exploration, those PD are non-refundable.
It's quite complicated when you said you played Royal Tunnel but then you swear you didn't open it today? So what's your problem exactly?
Don't mind me, just floating around here and there, once in a while :3

I just tried it out and got a gem on level 15 at the Endless path.

I mean before I started playing today, I had not opened earlier. Also Riako, I played atleast 300 levels today no luck
