The principal patted his pokemon on the head as he passed. "Okay, partner up as you choose, there's room for at most two battles here." The stadium was huge, easily large enough for pokemon the size of Reshiram or Yveltal to fight comfortably, even allowing some flight room. "You can half-shift or full shift, however you so choose." The principal quickly explained the same rules as always.

Zeta walked into the stadium first, already beginning to shift. Her hands turned into paws, sharp claws starting to grow out of them. Her ears were starting to shift higher into her head. Her normally deep blue eyes were starting to turn to a more electric blue. She had no problems full shifting as Zeraora was a rather convenient size to work with, she also liked using speed and strength together to get an advantage, with strong muscles in her arms and legs to put on powerful bursts of speed as well as hitting hard.

Summer took a deep breath and headed into the stadium behind Zeta. She allowed herself to half shift, giving her Reshiram’s wings, hair and tail. Full shifting would make her too big and bulky to dodge Zeta’s agile attacks, and besides, half shifting grants her flight, which is definitely needed.

Ranulf encased himself in psychic energy, which eventually formed a purple bubble. It popped, revealing that Ranulf had fully transformed, and he generally preferred it that way

Zeta was now not human at all, going full zeraora and giving a toothy cat smile to Summer, her claws involuntarily beginning to spark. It looked as if Reshiram was to be her opponent. Making her way closer to the center of the field on swift paws, she faced the half-shifted Summer.

Summer took a deep breath. Her strength was long-range fighting, which meant keeping dustance between herself and Zeta. She flung an Ancient Power at Zeta to start the fight, hoping for the Omniboost which didn’t come, before rocketing into the air. She trusted her Dragon type to protect her from Electric attacks.

Using her speed to dodge the individual stones, Zeta ran against the wall, bouncing off with a powerful jump to land a close combat to Summer midair. Whew! It had been so long since she could unleash her energy like that. Though the defense drop was certainly not appreciated.

*before Odaya could even say anything, Meteor came flying at her With giga impact, which she tried to dodge but , once she got hit she immediately Used Sacred Sword since Meteor had lowered her defense and was close to Odaya*

Seeing as everyone was going at it, Ranulf hung back, just floating slightly. He was content doing little but he just tried training his focus.

Summer banked but pulled herself upwards. Firstly, Zeta can reach anywhere in the room with her jumping skills, so flying to dodge her completely isn’t possible. Secondly, Zeta isn’t able to fly, so she can’t change directions mid-air. Thirdly, she has to land at some point of time. Summing up the points, Summer took off and began to zigzag around, changing directions seemingly at random. She waited for an opportunity to use a move.

Zeta twisted and landed on her paws after the attack, as cats did, and kept track of the Reshiram's movements with careful, keen eyes. Knowing Summer, she'd probably try to sum up Zeta's weaknesses and use them to her advantage. The strategy here was to not have weaknesses. While some may call it impossible, that word didn't exist in Zeta's dictionary. The Zeraora stayed eerily still, carefully observing the dragon flying overhead

Ahh, dammit, she’s giving me the Unpredictable Look. Summer was not feeling good about this. She wasn’t a good concealer and anyone can figure out her battling style, which is to guess or reduce the opponent’s weakness before attacking. Feeling slightly unnerved, Summer began to charge up a Fusion Flare in her palms, hiding it from view using her tail.

Shifting fully into the shining elegance of the deity of dreams, Ilmatar groaned and stretched out. Honestly, this form was the one the subject favored the most, humanity never feeling right. Half-shifting only made things feel worse, the median between overwhelming right and the need to tear skin off maddening. Empty pink eyes fluttered open, the world clearer than before. The experiments had all left physical scars on everyone but it was especially bad for Ilmatar, slight permanently deteriorating until it would all be gone, even when taking the form of Cressellia.

Of course, it was hard to miss a giant fireball forming in someone's hand, and her fur began to bristle, as her sensitive cat nose scented the plasma and the side product, smoke, forming with the dragon. She gave no sign of thought, however, simply keeping the usual sparks on her claws. It would be hard to tell that she was preparing to charge a plasma fists to counter a moment's notice.

Ranulf just watched the fights, while floating in the corner. His long purple tail swished back and forth. He did like having a tail, just nonchalantly smacking something away with it was a great feeling

Summer cringed inwardly. Her ability to think on the spot still had much to be improved upon. However, she was confident in her ability to take a few hits, and Fusion Flare had wuite a large hit area. Of course, Zeta might be able to dodge-who knows how fast she could move? Summer hadn’t watched her spar enough to know. She just had to trust that her body could take a few hits. Summer flung the Fusion Flare towards the ground before using Dragon Pulse around herself, creating a makeshift protective layer which damages anyone who comes into contact with it.

Vira had fully shifted into Reshiram by the time she arrived inside the stadium. She somewhat prefered this form over her human form, as it felt more natural to her. She had quite a few scars from experimentation, but most of them were rather small and were obscured from view thanks to her fur/feathers. She let out a roar, somewhat loud but at the same time quiet enough so that the other students would not be alerted to her presence, before looking for anyone who needed a training partner.
