Any tips for winning higher or lower game multiple times in a row? Or is it just luck?

It's mathematics. The chance of it being higher or lower than the given number, is dependent on the difference. The chance of a 2 being higher is 1/10, but it is still possible.

The best thing to do, is keep track of how many times you've chosen 'higher' or 'lower' for a given number and apply mathematics to it.
