You are a part of a “secret” strike team (let’s just call it S.T.O.P) that rids the world of creatures called “Prixals”, small blobs of somewhat pixelated objects that can change form. No one knows how they got here, or where they came from, but they are hostile and multiplying fast. These things have grown smarter and have learned how to escape those who seek to end them. You and your small team have landed in a forest full of these things, hoping to get rid of them and hopefully find their origin. Unfortunately, this entire thing was a trap. The Prixals has somehow managed to mess up S.T.O.P’s machines and tricking them into landing here. Now they are trapped with no way out...

Appearance: i use him in every rp im so unoriginal
Preferred Weapon: rocket-powered grenade (rocket launcher) that he wears strapped to his back. Because of his limited loot, he uses it very rarely. Otherwise, he carries around a Glock 17 and a combat knife. He usually prefers to use his pistol to avoid close contact
Personality: He is rather social and friendly, and can get into the groove of things easily. He greatly despises the prixals, but finds them quite interesting. Despite his interest in them, he'll do whatever it takes to eliminate them

Personality: She is very caring and loyal. But that loyalty came with PTSD from fighting in many battles and from a traumatic experience she had that cost her her position in the military.

*Maddy sat in her seat of the plane. She looked at her hand and saw it was shaking slightly. She took out her canteen and took a sip from it. She heard one of her squad mates trying to talk to her.* Hey! *Maddy looked at him* Why the hell do they call you "The Preacher"? Is it because your a sinner *The teammate began to laugh and the person next to him hit his shoulder* Knock it off Markholmes. She's a war hero and you are a recruit. *Maddy looked back down at her hands. They were still shaking*

Lily had always looked up to Maddy, even before she had taken position at this job. She always gave her the respect she deserved and did pretty much everything she needed, and also didn’t go too hard on her. Since she was sorta the head in her group, she couldn’t show that she had a favorite. It was quite difficult, but she was pretty much fine with it. Lily didn’t have much experience in the military, since she only went to training and whatnot for the job, but she was well loved and well respected here due to being quite a hard worker and being so positive. She looked over to Maddy and noticed her shaky hands. “Hey... You alright?” She whispered silently.

*Maddy looked at Lily and unconvincingly nodded.* Ya, perfectly. *Maddy heard booms from outside. They were nearing the drop zone. She stood up and looked at the group.* Alright, everyone listen up! Sounds like we'll be under heavy fire once we hit the ground. So keep low and dont get shot.

Lily nodded and made sure she had everything, then got up and followed Maddy. She noticed that some of them were either slacking off or just being goofy. She glared at them before placing her hands on her hips, right where her knives were. “You heard her. Stay focused, be attentive, and most importantly stay alive.” She added in.

Edmund took a deep breath, his eyes closed. He could feel his heartbeat pulsing throughout his body - an odd sensation, really. He gently pressed two fingers against his carotid artery, mentally keeping track of his rapid pulse. Nice, he thought to himself. "Maybe I'll die of a stroke before I even touch the ground," he muttered to himself. He hated being nervous. He didn't know why he was. After all, he had been on many missions prior to this one. But this one was different. This one involved those things, those Prixals. He had done extensive research beforehand, practically memorizing every known fact about the creatures (which unfortunately was not much). So why am I so nervous? was a question that repeated itself over and over in his mind. He sighed, looking out the window of the plane. I wonder when we'll be leaving, he thought to himself.

Lily wasn’t exactly prepared for this. She let out a small gasp before trying to contain her nervousness with some breathing. Pretty dumb, but it was the best she could do. She grabbed an extra glock in the storage, since she didn’t really like using bigger guns like an M-4.

*Maddy waited for the plane to crash. She knew that if they jumped out of the plane, they would get gunned down before they even hit the ground. She heard and felt as the second engine cut up trees under it. She looked at the group* Brace yourselves and be ready!! Once we hit the ground we have five seconds to get out before you'll be pinned down in here!

Edmund grabbed some grenades as quickly as he could last minute, shoving them in his utility bag (i dont think u do that with grenades but oh well). He braced himself, grabbing hold of the seat in front of him and bending his knees slightly. He squeezed his eyes shut as a horrid crashing sound filled his ears. He lost his grip on the seat, falling to the ground upon impact. After a few short seconds, he pushed himself onto his elbows, eyes frantically looking around. Get up, he thought to himself. Get up! Move! but his body wasn't working. "Get up!" he screamed as he pushed himself off the ground, grabbing hold of his RPG and making his way through the plane. Smoke began filling his eyesight. "Everyone get out before it blows up!" he yelled, looking around to see if anyone was unconscious or needed help.

*Maddy readied her M-4 as the doors opened up. Her, along with half of her group including Edmund and Lily, got out of the plane before an onslaught of enemy weapons began to fire on their position. Maddy ran up to a tree and took cover behind it. A shot of Prixel energy hit a part of the tree and that part began to turn into pixel bl8xks.* Ah hell. *She looked to her group* OPEN FIRE!!

Lily took a deep breath before making sure her gun was loaded and ready before momentarily turning around to shoot the one closest to her. For some reason, the way that things just turned to pixels when they touched them always satisfied her and amazed her. Probably because she was such a nerd... She always had to remind herself that it was real life and not a game and she could easily die at the hands of those things.

Edmund crouched behind a tree near Maddy. He peeked around it, only to flinch back when a Prixal sent energy headed straight towards him. "Bloody things," he muttered as he loaded a grenade into his RPG-7. He cocked the hammer, aiming. He shot off a grenade, which traveled about 150 meters before reaching the ground, exploding. He grabbed another grenade, loading it into the weapon once again, but not firing yet. He waited to see how many Prixals were still left. "Guess I shouldn't be too generous with these things," he mumbled, remembering that his grenade supply was limited.

*Maddy fried her M-4 at Prixels. While she couldn't see most of them, the ones she saw quickly fell. She ducked down to reload her weapon.*

Lily started to have some trouble with the Prixals. She had too little ammo and she couldn’t reload fast enough. Besides, her palm was starting to hurt after smacking the magazine into the handle so many times... She didn’t have an unlimited supply of knives, so throwing them wouldn’t be the best option
