I had 210 golden game chips so i went to the spin thing and did legendary, i clicked the button twice but nothing happened, but it did spin after that. and i disabled animations and it stopped at three 7s which gives me one the Lake Trio, but it didnt give me a pop up for an option which pokemon i wanted, so i looked at my game chips and it was at 10 game chips and i was really confused because i know i clicked twice but it didnt give me the results of the first but the second one which was the three 7s. Please help :(

did you click he option while it was spinning? if so, that’s just the page resetting. you didn’t actually hit the 7s

You say you didn't get a pop-up to choose the Lake Trio you wanted, but did you get a pop-up saying you won?

@cosmyn - if the GGC are gone like they say, I doubt it was the Slots refreshing ^^'

the disable animations option. if you click it while they’re spinning, you don’t get a popups saying what you won. and to claim lake trip, isnt you go to the prize exchange??

That's why I'm asking if they're sure they won (; So I can further help and possibly direct them to the correct page on site.
Because that pop-up does appear, it just takes a while.
[it takes as long to appear, as if you have animations enabled]

Yes it was after I spun it, but after I pressed no animations, I tried to refresh the page fate I did it though, also I waited for the pop up but nothing

Clicking 'disable animation' also causes the Slots to change position. I think that's what happened in this case.
