Yeah, I dunno how. Can I get some advice...?

Click on the "Town" tab > Click on the "Emera Square" option > Then, click on the "Pokémon Beauty Contest" button.

There are some tasks THERE that you'll have to do (or, not do, with a waiting time afterwards) to get those "accessories" that you are looking for.. ;)

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
