Where can we send our complaints to? I cant find an emial or something

In the bugs and complaints section underneath the help section

The bugs and complaints is located in the "Pokeheroes - General" section on the main page of the forum, not in help. ...Or did you mean it's located under help in the general section? (Oh well, regardless, me rambling to clarify probably doesn't hurt at least.)

Anyway, the bugs and complaints seems to be mostly used for the former, but it does explicitly state that the latter belong there as well. So if you don't have a bug to complain about, you shouldn't be shy to post about just not liking a feature/whatever in regards to PH in there as well.

Though, I imagine that if you'd rather not post your complaints in public, I think you could always send a private message to Riako directly.

Yeah i already complained but no answer in days. I hoped with mail or something (s)he/they (whoever run pokeheroes) would reply wuickly because on the forums after one post it just stops. I wanna just tell whats going on, be able to show whats wrong with it and get contact easily and quickly. On ph, thats simply not possible. On mail or whatever,it would be.

you could try the “support center” button under the “community “ tab, but that will still take a few days to respond. i’d say just be patient.
