What is the Exp.Share symbol meant to represent in the community tab? i understand it is still locked for me, i'm just now curious as to what it is.

It's "Newbie Mentoring," a page where you can enlist yourself as a mentor to newbies to the site in order to help them get started. It's unlocked when you reach trainerlevel 25.
