Why is jirachi sold at 50k and to get it we have to spend 250k i.e 5 star piece

That's how most legendary pokemon go, the hatched pokemon has less value than its summon item. It's because by hatching the pokemon yourself, you get its eggdex entry and you're listed as its 'original trainer', most users place value on those things.
