I can't seem to get past the "communicate via PM" task and I'm unsure why. I've sent them a PM twice and tried messaging them through PalPad. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on what to do?

It's not really something *you* can do ^^'
The only way to progress, is getting a reply back. If they don't want or need help (and don't answer), the tasks won't go further than "communicate via PM".

Continuing to send PMs won't work either, you need a reply (;
