My first shiny was a Poliwag in Pokemon Leaf Green back when I was 5, i had no pokeballs :(

Mine was a shiny cottonee from a ROM hack named Light Platinum,
But my first shiny from an actual game was a lotad from pokemon Emerald in a nuzlocke playthrough, i love him to pieces.

I don't remember the first shiny that I obtained (through trading), but the first one that I found and caught on my own was a Drifblim in Pokemon White. I had been wanting one, too. <3

The first shiny I obtained was a Shiny Ditto on Alpha Sapphire, through Trading, and it's a bit of a weird story?

But this person whom I was trading with, Traded a Shiny Ditto for a regular Ditto and then just? L e f t??
I'm still confused on why it happened but it happened.

The first shiny I ever owned was a shiny Scatterbug in my Pokémon X game. Unfortunately, my brother deleted the save file.
The need to change... And the desire to remain the same... They're mixed together... And it scares me.

my first shiny ever was from a game called pokemon brick bronze (rip) It was a loudred and I loved it and hated it, my first shiny encounter was a yungoose and I loved it, but killed it. Loudred came a few minutes later, though I hate the shiny, it was a relief to see I still had a shiny. This is my first CAUGHT shiny, not traded.
My first shiny on Pokeheroes was Spiritomb, though.

Ignoring the shiny Gyarados I'm sure many caught back when gen 2 first came out, my first ever shiny was a Rattata I caught in a Nuzlocke run of FireRed. This being after I'd already played through Pokémon Black. 5 generations and not a single (non-scripted) shiny before that moment. I've never been one for shiny hunting, and I guess that proves I shouldn't since I don't seem very lucky with them.

(As a side note, I caught that shiny Rattata right after my original Rattata 'died' early in the run. She lasted all the way to Cinnabar Island before getting wiped out by a critical hit Explosion from a Weezing in the Pokémon Mansion.)

So ignoring the scripted shinies (those seem kinda boring) I have two stories.

My sister's first shiny was us playing together. I noticed something and looked over freaking out. She just got confused since APPARENTLY her seeing a gold geodude didn't register. She's caught more since, including a mincinno and actually getting one of the starters shiny (I don't remember which)

Mine however, was a noctowl in X, while I was ditto hunting...which I tried to give to my sister since she loved them and she rejected ^^;; The poor baby's in a box somewhere
