I went to prof. Rowan's lab and there was a shiny ditto. I clicked on it and it disappeared. Is this special?

It's not really special, as it appears randomly for everyone.

Sometimes, when you click it you have a chance to get a shiny ditto plushie but it is not guaranteed.
