I have a problem, where in the Concentration game instead of a picture of the pokemon I find a square with an X inside.

This happens, when a pokémon has been added [in the database], but no sprite has been made for it (yet).
It's not an image that failed to load, it's an image that simply doesn't exist yet.
Luckily, this means that you only need to wait for a second 'x' to appear and not try it with every pokémon (;
