I'm stuck on the tutorial. I cannot send eggs on Rumble missons, but I can't hatch the eggs either. Any advice?

You should wait until you hatch at least one of your eggs to send the Pokémon to a rumble Mission :)
Try interacting with the Online users clicklist so they can return the interactions to you, or click the Eggs on the Index page for a chance to be featured there!
