Is there any way to do these things and how?

-Change the background color on panels so you can actually see light images / text that is otherwise hard to see on the current color scheme
-Change the line colors in panels (both those created with bbc code and the one in the title)
-Change link color in panels
-Change title color
-Change the color schemes on non-custom panels (such as polls, last visitors, game records, etc)

-Nothing for background color, unfortunately (there is a BBcode for it- bgcolor- but it doesn't work on PH.)
-Nothing for this either (on other sites you would use [Line=height]color[/Line])
-Just use
[color][url=link]link text[/url][/color]

You actually have to put the color-code inside the url-code. Like this:

[url=link][color=#d9efcb]link text[/color][/url]
link text
