If you set up a trade with a mystery box there's this thicker line caused by image height (I think).
This also happens with other items.

I changed the second mystery box to pokedollar image & the thick line went away.

Here you can see it's also with bottled message.
Notice the trade with the pkmn shifts the row below up.
Also you can see that it's fine again when there are multiple items, also if all the items are those that break the layout.

I'm not sure what the "Natural" thing means exactly and why it's different to begin with but if you change the height of the image to 16px the layout is fixed.

For pokedollar (which works fine) you get "13 × 11 pixels (Natural: 14 × 11 pixels)", so I'm guessing it works because the height is the same as the natural height.
