Nick coughed from the smog, rubbing her eyes and looking around briefly.

"No *Sharpedo*." Caleb said as she shifted his hold on her. "Is there a place we can go? The hospitals are going to be clogged.


"... I have a hotel room." Nick said quietly, to which Caleb nodded.

“Who the hell do you think you’re talking to?!” Parker shouted at Caleb, getting a bit in face before backing down once Nick suggested they’d go to her hotel room.

“Wow, Mr. Athletic gonna carry the poor helpless girl all the way to the room.” Parker mocked sarcastically, noting Caleb’s previous mention of not being physically fit.

"Talking to you, so turn it down a notch." Caleb answered blankly. "And she's actually prettu light. Though I wouldn't obect to flying. Nick, where is your place?"

"Other side of town. We can fly." Nick replied.

Parker rolled his eyes, quickly being reminded by himself that he wasn't fond of Nick and Caleb now had been dancing on thin ice. Truthfully, the only reason he decided to go with the two was because he was worried about Lo and he also felt guilty for letting her keep him out of the fight and ending up getting herself hurt. The male also predicted that the group he's in currently will have to overcome the evil organization a bit later and would be best to stick together. Because of this, he decided to keep to himself until they got back to Nick's place, releasing his Dragonite on the queue of "flying".

Lo remained motionless, naturally, due to her unconsciousness.

Caleb nodded as he watched Nick take off. Nick had a Drifblim, who was flying upward before heading to the other side of the city.

Caleb himself stood on Metagross, gently setting LO down and was relieved that he didn't have to carry her anymore, before taking off.

Parker followed close behind Nick and her Drifblim, turning to Caleb's Metagross to check on Lauren occasionally though turned his focus back to Nick. "Are we close? Looks like we're expecting some bad weather up ahead." Parker pointed out, seeing thunder clouds up ahead.

“Land here.” Nick directed, harboring slight irritation toward Parker. Drifblom landed and immediately went back into its Pokeball, while Metagross landed and did the same.

Parker nodded, landing and dismounting himself from Dragonite. "Thank you, buddy." he smiled, petting the Dragon and Flying-type gently on its snout before calling it back to its Pokeball.

He, unknowing to himself, stood next to Nick without saying a word afterwards.

"Well." Caleb muttered as he awkwardly held Lo, following Nick up to the small hotel room she was staying in and avoiding making eye contact with anyone who was looking at them with confused glances.

"Here. It's small." Nick shrugged as she opened the door and held it, not noticing Parker near her.

“Thanks.” Caleb muttered as he breathed a sigh of relief, setting Lo on the bed.

“Right the.” Nick pointed to a small door behind her. “Sorry it’s small. I don’t have money.” She shrugged.

Parker nodded at Nick and went into the bathroom, looking at Lo's body as sbe remained motionless on the bed besides her deep breathing.

About two minutes later, Parker came out of the bathroom, drying his hands on his pants.
"So-- that platinum blonde girl is Lo's sister... any idea who that other girl was? Or who they're working for in general..." Parker awkwardly asked.

"Logically, we can deduce that they were the cause of the explosions, and light. And that we-" Caleb started.

Parker stared blankly at Caleb as what seemed to be gibberish to himself erupted from the other male's mouth.

"I agree with Nick--" Parker admitted, pausing and quickly attempting to hide this fact,"- which is surprising considering the only thing she's good at regarding her mouth is using up the oxygen in the room." he finished, blushing slightly. He tried to hide this by facing Lo, who was still unconscious.
"She's been knocked out for a while." he noted.

Nick stuck up a finger at Parker, gulping down a bottle of water. "Shove off, park boy." she said evenly.


"All I was trying to say was that they caused the attack." Caleb explained.

"We know. Obviously." Nick says dryly. "Yeah, she sure has. For like, an hour. That's how being unconscious works."

"Caleb, for the smart one of the group, you're starting to sound just a little less dumb than Nick." Parker insulted, indirectly both of them, in retaliation for Nick giving him the/a [;0] finger.

He sighed and took a seat on the ground, not wanting to be next to Lo in case she woke up soon.

"Thanks? I think she's smart. Anyway, if Lo's out for longer, she might need a hospital." Caleb sighs.

Nick looked away from Parker with a roll of her eyes, turning back to Caleb. "Then let's go to the hospital." she muttered, irritated as she stands. "I'll pick her up, sicne apparently you can't, nerd."

"Shut up." Caleb grumbles as he holds the door for Nick, who was carrying Lo.

Parker shook his head at Nick as he followed her out the door, patting Caleb on the shoulder out of pity.

Lo remained motionless besides the flailing of her dangling arms as Nick walked.
"She looks like a Tangela." Parker commented.
