So, i visited Rowan's Lab few mins ago
theres a Resolute Stone appeared there
and i clicked "Sure" option, and forgot what to do x.x
he told me about Rumbles, but... what to do at rumbles?

If there's an active Rowan Quest, you can just visit the Lab again to see a small recap of what's expected of you :3

Just because he mentioned something, doesn't mean you have to do something ;)

If there's no message from Rowan, there's no (active) quest and there's nothing you need to do at this moment in time.

You get the Resolute Stone for getting 200 of Dex-entries, so it's not exactly 'free' ;)
You just provided Rowan with (at least) 200 pokémon to collect information from.

i thought that you need to helps rowan level his pokemon for contest, then you get the resolute stone
