i have a question here~
where to find Retro(s) except game center (Concentration game)?
i also found a retro at Emera Beach
is there another way to get Retros?

You can find retros in the following locations -

[Poochyena, Taillow, Zigzagoon] on Route 102 [Prize at the Yearly Berry Battle]
[Pikachu] Yellow Forest [Yearly Yellow Ball hunt]
[Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle] Retro vouchers when buying [at least] a Month Premium
[Delibird, Stantler] Christmas Gifts [Yearly around, you guessed it, Christmas]

It's a yearly event, where you can collect Yellow Balls through interacting. Once you have enough, you'll get the Yellow Forest.

Yes, you can only obtain Route 102 through getting in the top 50 at the Berry Battle. Once you have it, though, you can send pokémon there whenever you like, even when the Berry Battle isn't active.
