Perhaps that's because you don't have the money to buy any? You need to go to bills house to purchase them.

I think you need like 800 pokedollar for the first one just click storage box when you go to the home spot and then click bills house then you should be able to get one.

Gave some pokedollar for the box as a gift just click the world claim
