Why won't my alolan Meowth evolve? It's in the 50's now.

Alolan Mewoth/Normal Meowth don't evolve with levels, they evolve with happiness, so you need to buy a Soothe Bell from the shop and use one on it.

Or you could always visit the salon and give it the first massage. But looking at your level, I'm not sure whether you've unlocked it or not

Darkmount is referring to Accupunture at the Salon, which [the Salon] is unlocked at Trainerlevel 11.
