In order to open Mystery Boxes, you need the corresponding Mystery Key. [For Example: a Light Blue Box and a Light Blue Key]

After you get a match, you go to the Item Bag and click the "Special" Tab. There your Boxes & Keys will be listed and there'll be a link to take you to the page to open them. :]
