"I'm pretty sure he's got plenty of dex data," Rylie raised her eyebrows. "Must be fighting something. Nothing we can't handle, of course."

Matthew, Rebecca, and Lolah all were situated in a corner, watching the other Elite Four members. "Hnm. An interesting bunch to say the least." Matthew mused.

"I wanna whack the idjit who woke me up." Lolah grumbled.

"You would more than likely lose your slippers. Plus we don't need any of them wanting to harm us."

"Fiiine."

"Why don't we go say hello." Rebeca butted in. "They all seem to be in chatty moods."

"You're telling me," Rylie snickered. Reya shrugged.

"I always love filling dexes! It's so satisfying, especially when you have one of those Rotom dexes who come out and congratulate you!" She chirped with a little bounce. Rylie simply rolled her eyes, but her smile showed that she secretly agreed.

"Pfft. Who needs a confidence boost when you have pokemon to do that for you!" Derrick pointed out with a tiny snort.

Derrick shrugged. "Eh, suppose you're right. Working on this whole 'human interaction' thing, anyway," He laughed. "Can't remember the last time I actually talked to someone, since an Elite in Alola doesn't get much attention.

"Yeah! They get their own little shell, and-"

"It's a pokedex that talks," Rylie cut Reya off and though she looked annoyed for a split second, giggled and nodded in agreement.

"Actually I didn't know Alola have Elites or a League even, since uhh, I only heard about trials and stuff." Rion said slightly disappointed on herself.

"I wish I could go on an adventure again but I'm tied to my responsibilities as an Elite, I kinda wish I could run away from it." Renjun snickered.

"I suppose Professor Oak should be heading here now." Kei dusted her skirt. She likes to keep everything around her, including herself.

“Aren’t the Alolan Elite Four just Trial Captains?” Wyatt chimed in.
This caught Carolina’s attention and she began tuning into the conversation, her Braixen dozing off beside her.

Cody, as per usual, felt awkward around strangers and simply laid low though listened to every aspect of the words spewing out of the other Elite Members’ mouths. He made mental notes and comments to himself, but otherwise he was silent.

"Running away doesn't solve anything. Trust me, I know," Rylie shook her head.

“Who’s the Champion over in Alola?” Carolina asked curiously, sitting up as she waited for a response.

“I heard it was the Region’s Profe-“ Wyatt began to pipe in, but was interrupted by Carolina.
“I wasn’t asking you, mudface.” she insulted, sticking her hand up towards Wyatt though didn’t take her eyes off Derrick.

Cody simply scoffed as a sort of chuckle at this.
