"Why are you alone?" Those words kept on repeating in her mind. Sending another wave of naeusea. "Why are you alone?" This time another voice spoke. Strange things occur since she encountered an unknown Pokemon. Poor little girl must be scared, after all she's just a kid.
"Why are you alone?" She ran through the hall with tears threatening to fall. Her dainty shoes made noises as she ran. She flung the door open seeing her twin sister crying too. "What happened?" She didn't receive a response but a gentle sniff.
She rushed to the side of the bed holding her father's hand. "Please.." She prayed to Arceus something bad won't happen. Her sister remained quiet, choking on her own tears. A beep echoed through the room. Not long after doctors and nurses came and forcefully took the twins, crying their innocent eyes out.
She faced a coffin with her sister by her side. Both wearing white making them look like innocent angels, weeping angels to be exact. Why does this have to happen again?
"Why are you alone?"
Her fingers trailed every spine of a book. She her eyes scanned the aisle. No book can catch her attention. She almost read every book that the library can offer.
A child with immense inteligence was what people described her. She talks to no one but her family. It was three whole years after her father passed away, this may be cheesy but it felt like it just happened yesterday.
After hours and hours of browsing, she pulled a book with a boring spine. Books even with boring covers may contain information. The girl had no interests with covers but the content so she flipped it open.
Never did she not read every book that has been offered to her. Whatever book it is. She prefers text than visual aid, focusing to sharpen her mind. Knowledge is nothing different when compared to toxic. Her mind was poisoned by cruelty of the society, the world.
"Why are you alone?"
There it goes again. The 10 year old ignored the voice again. Shaking her head. The voice kept on whispering.
"Why are you alone?"
She shook her head and continued to flip through pages. Everything was peaceful until the door bursted open, revealing her twin.
"Thank god, I found you after hours." Her twin tried hard to catch her breath.
"What?"
"Uncle Grimsley called us, I think he wants to tell us something." Her twin dusted her skirt. As Nara stood up from the table, leaving the book unattended.
"Why are you alone?"
"..she's dead." Grimsley stated dully.
"That doesn't make sense." Nara quickly responded.
"I know, but we can't deny the fact that she's not breathing." Grimsley said, she was trying to contain herself. Nari, her older twin by a minute remained quiet like usual.
"I'll be heading to Unova now, the only way to meet her is to come to her funeral, unless you want to die too." Grimsley mumbled the last part.
Drip. Drop.
"Why are you alone?"
"You stupid girl!" Her coach shouted. "Anyone from your family can pull that off easily." Nari lost her 105th battle with her Shuppet falling limp. The battle didn't even last for 5 minutes.
Her eyes were watery as she hugged her partner. "Give that weakling." Her coach ordered, Nari shook her head. "..no." She trembled.
"Fine then," her coach said, dragging the poor girl away.
"Uhm..Nari are you okay?" Nara asked the older twin. "I'm fine." Nari replied.
"No you're not! You're pale as a ghost and you're trembling!" She exclaimed which caused Nari to flinch. She reassured her younger sister insisting that she is fine.
"No! I'm talking to grandfather about this." She left her sister and scurried to her mom's office.
The next day, Nari woke up without her sister in the other bed. She recalled that Nara went to talk to their grandfather. Nari got up as fast as she could only to see Nara outside sorrounded with piles of books, mainly dictionaries and encyclopedia.
Nara did not wear anything the dress she wore yesterday. "Why didn't you wear a jacket?" She lightly scolded her sister but Nara didn't budge and continued reading.

It was a day in spring when I was adopted. I was the last one to be adopted so I guess there's nothing special about me eh?
I wonder what my siblings evolve into.. One could be as cold as ice, as dazzling as fire. Oh, oh, how about the sun or moon? I don't know. They probably grown stronger with their trainers.
I always look up to my trainer. What would he want me to be, after all he's my trainer. I lack at some departments, I'm not smart or strong. I feared the thought of my trainer abandoning me, I heard trainers do that to weak Pokemon... like me.
"What should I name you?" He asked me with a smile then shook his head. "Stupid me, I'll just call you Eevee for now then I'll name you after you evolve." He snickered, I'm not really sure what he meant but it bothered me.
He carried me along his journey, he raised me properly. He would always find a way to make me and his other Pokemon get along as possible. I'm so timid and fragile that my other teammates would avoid me while we're training. I can't blame them.
It was spring again. Spring would always keep me going. I don't know why. He left me in his room and said there was something he would take care of. I didn't protest, it's fine.
What if he doesn't want me anymore? I thought. What if-- no. I should be strong. I spent hours drowning in my own insecurities then he returned. He brought me outside. Flowers were blooming and the scent of pollen enchanted my nose.
"I know you always adored spring." He smiled as I look up to him.
"Here." He handed a strange thing. "What are you waiting for? Go on." He reassured me. I touched the stone with my paw, unsure. It was strange, but it was overwhelming.
Light enveloped my body. What is this? Am I evolving..?
"Solar." He said. Is he naming me? "I would name you after one of my favorite flowers but..I think the name Solar suits you more. You're more precious than flowers that's why."
I was truly happy. It was more than the happiness I felt when I was adopted. It gave me confidence. I won battles more, I would hang out with his other Pokemon often. It was not long after when we made it to the league.
I was his last resort after his Carracosta, Fault fainted. He was about to forfeit because he didn't want to hurt me but I was driven by confidence. Maybe this is my chance to show him what his hard work would result. I managed to defeat two of the oponent's fire types which was really bad for me. But I was defeated. He said it was fine because I did my best but..
I didn't sleep for nights. I can't. Nightmares would always hunt me. I cried but I didn't show him. What if he'll abandon me? It's not far from posibility. I heard Eevees can evolve with love, he raised me with care. But why did I end up becoming a Leafeon? Morning came, I decided to confront him.
"Why? Don't you trust me, Solar?" I can't see his face properly but I can tell he is upset. I'm upset too..
"Sylveon? Hah." He remarked dryly. "Who needs that?"
"No. I thought you always loved spring? You can't go back to being an Eevee now." He stated dryly. I don't want to go back.
"No? I let you decide by your heart. That's why you ended up being a Leafeon. I don't want you to be one of those punny Pokemon just because you don't trust yourself. Why? I trust you even if you're the weakest Pokemon I had."
"Tell me buddy, am I a bad trainer for you?" No..
"Ugh cut the drama, come here." He hugged me. "I won't leave any of my Pokemon. Even if I have a family. You're my family." He smiled. I may not be with you from the start but I promise I will be by your side until the end.
I want to fall in love. No, I'd rather make money.

Since I got my first two, I am now selling shiny set(includes a slugma and magcargo) for 200 nuggs or 350k PD. This hunt will end in a week before I start another Stufful hunt.
