Is a lucario breeding pair just really hard to get or is it impossible?

If it is possible, I'm willing to buy a breeding pair

Well, Riolu is a baby Pokemon so you would need two Lucario in order to breed Riolu.

I wouldn't say it's hard because Riolu/Lucario have a Medium Rarity and are hunted in attempts to hatch a Shiny Mega-able Riolu, though you may have trouble finding a female Riolu/Lucario because of the Gender Ratio.
