Hewwo, just a quick question. How rare are mega-able Pokemon? Are they rarer than shinies, or just as rare as shinies? How many have you gotten, and how often have they shown up for you? Thanks for any answers. ;v;

In my opinion, they are rare-er than shinies because there is no way to increase the rate of them hatching. ive only got about 1-2 that I hatched on my own, and only one was from random chance.

What do you mean "only one" was from random chance if you hatched them both? Was there a way to guarantee it was mega or something? :?

I think BettyTheC-Event666 meant that only one was hatched, without having hatched a bunch of the same pokémon.

There's no advantage to 'chaining' for a Mega able, but it's not really called 'random' if you focus on one specific pokémon and hatch a bunch of them ;)
