It's not really possible to define what's rare and what's not? ^^ However, it is rarer than the average key definitely. Also, the items that can be obtained in gold boxes with gold keys tends to be better than in the average box - although you can also get normal stuff like pd or evolutionary stones as well.

The box is much rare than most other boxes (other than black) but gold keys are the rarest from rumble for me (only have 4 while have 20 of others)
