There are some Pokemon that can't be traded/auctioned/released such as Harvest Sprites. Will there ever be an option added to release these Pokemon for those who don't want them?

well, first off, I'm not sure this belongs in the bug/complains forum, maybe more in the suggestions?

But probably not. The harvest sprites are like an in game quest-- trading them would give others the dex entry, which would ruin the purpose.

From what I know, it's possible to release any double you have. Pokémon that can only be acquired by the user themselves [aka untradeable], will never allow you to release all of them. As you're only able to get one Harvest Sprite of each colour [for now?], it's not possible for them to be released.
