You are an agent for one of the two agencies.
And the agencies are against each other.
But work is work, and you still go on missions.
You could be an assassin, or a spy, but you still have these.
But when you and someone from the other agency meet up?
You fight.

-Keep the agency ratios 1:1-ish
-Both agencies are supposed to have their ups and downs, but agency 1 seems more... Lenient? It's not supposed to, so some rules for agency 2 suggestions will be put in 1. Don't get mad if a suggestion for 2 ends up in 1, or for 1 ends up in 2.

-Ask for magic! I wasn't originally planning for there to be magic. It was a last minute thought, and I wanted this to be a somewhat serious RP.

Personality: He acts like he is far above others and usually loves to make insults or get into fights. He is wild and unstable going from calm to enraged in a second with no real reason. Despite this he can be civil. He loves hitting on women, and he can be creative. He also likes to improve his power. When on the field he acts like a young rich playboy business man looking to have a good time and sell patents.

Weapon/Magic : He can become an ice skeleton demon. As a demon he can use ice abilities. He has a high endurance and is much harder to destroy. That being said, in this form he gains weaknesses to heat and things like salt. Holy water, crosses, and other religious items cam hurt him as well.
