Legends are allowed but only as summons items, and not on the actual team

Black shoes, and blue backpack a blue hat with a lightning bolt on it, and a keystone on the bill

Tiger was sitting outside the lab. He had his Cyndaquil across from him, and he was looking at his new pokegear. "Let's see" he said half to himself as he messed with the item.

Morgan smiles at her newly obtained pokemon beside her. She walked to a tree across from the lab and sits down. "Time for a new adventure" she says as she pats her piplup.

Cyndaquil saw the Piplup, and walks away from Tiger while his trainer was messing with the pokegear. "Hello" the fire pokemon said kindly to the Piplup

"Yeah!" he replied happily. Morgan looked up for a minute noticing cyndaquil. "Oh, making new friends piplup?" The piplup nodded and faced cyndaquil again.

Tiger looked around in confusion, and saw Cyndaquil chatting with Piplup. "Hey bud come on back here" he said kindly. The pokemon ran over to Tiger, and said a farewell to Piplup. Tiger then looked over to Morgan "Sorry if he was bothering you" he said with a nod.
