One day, Princess Rose's father, King Maple, found out about their love for each other. In this time period, it was punishable by death for a dragon to be seen with a hideous creature such as a human. The King banished her to the dungeon. Felix went to visit the princess the next day, but she was nowhere to be seen. He tried the next day and the next, but he still couldn't find her.
Heartbroken, Felix thought it was because he was a pitiful, hideous, small human. He fled into the forest, and stayed there. As he ran, he found an elderly man with a long beard. The man was tied to a tree. Felix untied the man. He found out that the elderly man was a wizard. Because of Felix's deed, the wizard told him that Felix could ask for him to teach him any of his magic.
Felix asked the wizard to teach him how to turn into a dragon, and back again. Years flew by, and Felix finally mastered the magic. Back at the castle, Princess Rose is being led to a room just before the execution room. She looks up at the ceiling and wonders if her love will find her again.
Felix ran to find the castle again. After an hour, he found the castle. He was able to sneak into the castle, and he tried to find his love. He looked through every room, and was about to give up, when he saw Princess Rose being led out into the execution chamber. He shifted into a dragon, and roared loudly. King Maple, the one performing the execution, turned his head towards the sound.
"I am Felix." Felix said loudly, his dragon voice sounding clear. Princess Rose tried to run to him, but the chains around her pulled her back. Felix had developed new powers while studying this magic, and he could breathe fire. As he was preparing to breathe fire, the King bolted at him. The King's magic was very powerful. The King is able to enchant objects to do his bidding.
They both stood across from each other, in the hall. The King's enchanted swords flew at Felix, but Felix's fire magic burnt them to a crisp whenever they tried to reach him. Soon, the King went closer and closer to Felix. He caught Felix off guard. One of his swords made a critical hit on Felix's tail. Felix fell to the ground, his huge tail wound gushing blood.
As the King was advancing towards Felix with his enchanted army of swords, Felix got to his feet slowly. He backed himself up as the King advanced towards him. Then, a dreaded feel crept along his back. He had run out of room to back up. He had hit the end of the room. As the King continued advancing towards him, he saw Princess Rose managing to get free from her chains on the opposite side of the hall.
His vision was clouding. Felix knew that this wound was going to be the end of him, but he kept fighting. He needed to protect his one true love with all of his heart. He lunged at the King with all of his strength, and began to exhale fire onto him with his last strengths. The King screamed, and fled out of the hall. He could hear the King crumple to a lifeless heap outside the door.
Felix smiled when he saw Princess Rose approaching him. He fell onto the floor. He had lost too much blood. He looked and saw Princess Rose crouched over him. He could see the tears in her eyes. He had already shifted back into a human, and his back was now severely wounded. "Rose... I-I love you." He whispered to Princess Rose. He closed his eyes, and went limp.
Princess Rose's eyes were clouding with tears. She couldn't bear it. Why did her love have to die? She didn't know what her powers were, she hadn't discovered them yet, but if she had, she would have probably went on a killing rampage by now. She began to cry huge, dragon-sized tears. One of them fell onto Felix's body.
Felix's wound began to close quickly, and he was filled with all the blood he lost. His heart began to pump again. He quickly shifted back into a dragon, and hugged Princess Rose compassionately. Princess Rose hugged back. She had finally found her power.
Queen Rose and King Felix now happily rule over their kingdom. New rules now say that humans and dragons can live in peace alongside each other. Lots of humans that can turn into dragons, and dragons that can turn into humans are born.
Sadly, good times don't last forever. Queen Rose's mother, Queen Goldenrod, was furious about Queen Rose and King Felix's marriage. One day, years after the new rules were added, Queen Goldenrod managed to sneak into the castle. She kidnapped Queen Rose, and held her captive in her castle, on the other side of the land.
King Felix was so sad and angry about this, that he wanted to get Queen Rose back at once. He ordered a few humans that could turn into dragons, ages 13-18, to go and find his true love and bring her back. Today, they embark on this quest. Will they succeed? Will they fail? Who knows?

Now, she has black dark spots on either side of her. Her head is black and yellow, it's divided. One side is black, the other is yellow. On the black side of her head, her eye is dark purple. On the yellow side of her head, her eye is light red. The rest of her body has black spots appearing everywhere. Some parts of her body still have their beautiful yellow scales, but there aren't many of these spots.

Personality: Mira is incredibly cheerful and spry. She can be the life of the party, energized and playful, or the downer, if she's upset enough. But if you touch anything of hers without permission, you will regret it.
Dragon Appearance: As a dragon, Mira is light blue, with dapples of darker blue in her scales in some places, creating undertones. Her underbelly and the bottom of her wings are dark blue, and her long, tough horns are golden.
Human Appearance: As a human, Mira is 5'5. She commonly wears a red shirt and a vest. She has a necklace around her neck, with an emblem of a fox on it.
Power: She is able to bend the Earth to her will.

Personality: Small but fierce! Has a bit of a temper and can be grumpy, but is still very kind and loving. Appears confident and secure, but is really lonely. Feels like he'll never be enough for anyone. Puts on a brave face and is extremely loyal to people he trusts.
Dragon Appearance: He is a rather small dragon. He's a lovely rose red dragon with golden and orange swirls. His eyes are grey/blue. Despite his petite size, he still has a large wingspan.
Human Appearance: Brady stands at 5' tall. He usually wears a red plaid shirt with brown pants and black boots. His hair is reddish brown and short. He has grey/blue eyes.
Power: Brady is able to look into the future and see several possible outcomes, but never knows which will actually happen.

King Felix was pacing across his throne room. He was still in his dragon form. The chosen dragon shifters should be here soon.
Princess Lavender went into the throne room. She was in her dragon form as well. She sat at the wall and waited for the others.
Cedar ran towards the castle. He was still in his dragon form. He stopped, still far from the castle, to take a breath.

Princess Lavender went up the castle stairs to her room. She shifted back into her human form. She picked out a few shirts, pants, dresses, and underclothes. She folded them neatly and put them into her medium-sized lavender backpack.
Cedar walked to the doors of the castle, and left. He flew to his house, opened the door, and shifted back into his human form. He closed the door behind him, and ran up the stairs to his room. He went into his room, and picked out his medium-sized forest green backpack. He picked out some shirts, pants, and underwear. He put them into his backpack carefully, then went downstairs to pack some food.
