Jonghyun turned off his phone and look at the doorway once again. It was a girl, hair in a ponytail and quite skinny. While himself, he didn't bother with his hair so it didn't look the best but in his opinion still looked good. He was wearing black jeans and a plain white tshirt and black jeans. It was summer, so the cold didn't bother him anyway. He went up to the girl:
"Hey.. Rose, right?" he gave a simple smile. He hoped it was Rose or he will be in an awkward situation where he doesn't know how to get out of.

Rose looked up from her phone and saw an Asian-looking guy standing in front of her. She had decided to wear a light purple t-shirt and some blue jean shorts today, and were the same ones that she had helped her roommate in earlier. She also wore her same blue sneakers, like usual. She noticed that there was a small blood stain on the corner of her shorts, but dismissed it. She thought he probably wouldn't notice it. "Are you Jonghyun?" She asked. Now that she thought about it, she should probably be careful about who she talks to near her university. They could all be that person with a gun that she saw on campus. Too bad she didn't get a look at the person's face.

"Yeah" Jonghyun nodded, with his smile slightly bigger. She even said his name correctly, most people say it wrong the first time. "Who knew I would be meeting someone the same day I accidentally texted" he said that a bit quietly but still chuckled after he said though. He pulled up his jeans slightly and looked Rose in the eye. He liked her eyes but he didn't think she was his ideal type. Then again, he wasn't sure what his ideal type was.

Rose smiled. "Yeah, that's really cool." She said, looking down at the tiny blood stain on her jean shorts she touched it a little, then looked back up. "You weren't kidding when you texted me saying the beach was relaxing today. I mean, just look at it." She said, staring out the window of the bookstore.

"Yeah. It not only looks relaxing but sounds relaxing. In my opinion, that's the best part about the beach." Jonghyun follows Rose's gaze, almost starting to ramble but he controlled himself luckily. He leans against the wall, crossing his arms to keep his warmth. He's now slightly regretting about coming into such simple and light clothes.

Rose walked up to the window, without drifting too far from where Jonghyun was. "This is my favourite part of the whole bookstore. I come here everyday to relax and read a book while seeing the beautiful view of the beach. I'm so lucky to go to a university so close to this beach." She said. Her gaze drifted from looking at Jonghyun to looking back at the beach from the window.

Jonghyun nodded in agreement. "I think other than the studio, I spend most of the time writing lyrics or melodies." he looks around the bookstore. Pretty much empty, the only people remaining is the people who work and Rose and him. He took his phone out of his pocket and looked at the time but the first thing that he noticed is the amount of missed calls and new messages. Soon, his phone had received another call but it was silent, he normally has his phone on silent. The caller id was Taemin, his close friend who's also a trainee. "Sorry, I have to take this." he smiled as he answered his phone. "Taemin, what do you need, I'm kinda busy right now."

Rose nodded and remained silent. Her gaze drifted to the books upon books that lined the shelves of the bookstore. She would probably end up buying quite a lot of them, if they caught her interest. She would spend lots of time reading the book summaries before deciding on the ones she wanted. She turned her gaze back to the window, and smiled. Her love of books had ended up costing her quite a bit, but she never complained too much. She even worked at this very bookstore when she wasn't busy with university. They surprisingly get a lot of business here if it's a busy day at the beach.

"Hyung, we're going to finally debut!" Taemin almost screamed into the phone but Jonghyun didn't mind. His eyes widen and he couldn't believe it.
"With who exactly, do you know yet?" he tried to say it normally yet he said it fast, without thinking. It was going to be stressful, he knew, as if it wasn't stressful enough but he's going to enjoy it.
"With Minho, Jin and Kibum!" Taemin shouted with joy. It was all of Jonghyun's and Taemin's other close friends. "Also, hyung, please put your phone on ar least vibrate more now, you're going to get a lot of calls." It made Jonghyun smile at the younger friend's complain.
"Yeah, yeah, of course. Thank you, Taemin." Jonghyun was calmed down now. He hang up smiling widely. All worries are gone. He finally looked at the time. Around 10pm. Well, not late enough to go home so he's fine.

"What was that about?" Rose asked. She turned and looked at a clock with a wooden frame around the edge on one of the walls of the bookstore. It was about 10pm. She smiled. She still had plenty of time to get back to the university by midnight. The university, because of what happened to her roommate earlier, had increased security where the entries of the campus were, and the staff had warned all students to be at least on campus by midnight. This also led the university to warn students to carry their student id with them at all times. Not a problem for her, since she usually carried it with her anyway.

"My friend called to tell we're finally debuting. I should get used to calling him a member..." He quietly mumbles to himself the second part. It seemed unreal to him, he didn't know what to do. He rubbed right eye, as he felt something go in his eye. It was nothing much luckily and easily go out. Jonghyun looked back at Rose, pushing himself off the wall and into the bookstore.

"Oh wow, congrats!" Rose exclaimed. She then followed her sentence with a small yawn. She shook herself and stretched. She gazed at all the good books again, but this time she remembered that the bookstore closes at 10:30pm. She heard the employees shuffling awkwardly towards them. "I think the bookstore is closing for the night." She said.

"Thanks!" He smiled widely. Seeing people happy for his debut makes him happy. It's almost as if a new feeling.
"Oh, we should go before we get in trouble, c'mon on." Jonghyun without thinking, grabbed Rose's wrist and walked out the bookstore. He released it after they came outside of the store. He has a lot to think about and a lot of big decisions. Of course, his member are going to be there for him, right?

Rose, after being whisked along with Jonghyun out of the bookstore, stood on the sidewalk. "Well, it seems like you have a lot to think about, so I'm going to head back to campus. It was nice meeting you." She said, a big smile spreading across her face as she began to walk back along the path to the university.
