Apologies if this has been suggested before, but I didn't come across this version.

Promoted auctions have an additional column showing if the Pokemon is holding something.

My suggestion is that when you view "All Auctions", this column is visible there, too.

This would allow those looking to spend PD to get items via the Auctions (rather than trading item-for-item in GTS) to look for what they want by scrolling through the All Auctions view, rather than hoping what they're looking for has been promoted, or by going through the auctions one by one.
