Welcome to the Loffle everyone, glad you came!
''Whats a loffle?''
~ Its a beautiful cross between a lottery and a raffle.

Well here's the summary, I came back not that long ago with a small goal to bring some happiness to new and old players alike. Well after a month or so back I thought... hmm what can I do to really boost spirits and make everyone happy? Ding ding! A lottery where all the proceeds go to the kind people of PH! Its not a raffle, because it does take take money to enter, and its not a lottery because I refuse to keep any of the proceeds, so this is a non profit event.

Before we get to the fun part there has to be some rules...

- All PH Rules apply, Obviously.
- Follow the procedures and forms to enter!
- Spamming me (Palpad/PM/Notification/etc) isn't cool so try to keep everything minimum, at least apologize if you spam by accident.
- The password is the month I was born, if you read everything up till this point you will know the answer.
- No ticket minimum, all proceeds go to prizes.
- Tickets assigned chronologically through the thread, so use the form to buy tickets!
- Two prizes per person, so that everyone still has a chance, and to entice you into joining for the potential DOUBLE prize.* (Since this rule is in effect, multiple drawings will occur, so each time a person wins twice that person's tickets are invalidated so those who have yet to hit that max prize count can still get a chance to once or twice.)
-(11/13/16) NEW RULE: If by any chance everyone entered has hit the 2 item max, the 3 people with the highest ticket count will be allowed to pick 1 item from whatever is left as a Bonus prize.

Option #1
Buy them.
Each ticket cost 1k PD each. 50 nuggets buy 125 tickets.
You must fill out form before you send payment though.

Option #2
Sponsor a Prize.
Wanna get a lot of tickets? Trade a rare/ mega(able)/ shiny/ or event pokemon for some bonus tickets!
Rare/Valuable items like jade orbs, star pieces, mega stones, etc also accepted.
Plz fill out the prize sponsor form! (All ticket bonuses vary depending on the prize you're sponsoring.)
--> KEEP IN MIND SOME PRIZES CAN BE DENIED. (Example for Prize Denial: Super common event pokemon or if that prize is already listed too much on here.)
