Suggestion:

Part 1: Allow for players to select an active pokemon (by putting it in the first slot in their party).

Part 2: Whenever a player interacts with another players pokemon - training or warming an egg - the first players active pokemon gets a small bit of experience too (even if its just 1% of what you would normally get when another player clicks your pokemon).

Not sure how it would function with the balance on the site or anything, but I think it would be even more insentivising and would give players a little more control in leveling their pokemon.

-We already have a feature called 'Chosen Pokemon' (not sure about that) on the Index page
