Electric type: storm: has a small chance of paralyzing the enemy for 5 turns and slightly damages fire type pokemon

I will add all of those momentarily, but first, I must clarify something.
Status effects like burn and paralysis do not wear off over time. Thus, having them last "for 5 turns" is actually less effective than they would normally be. Is this still alright?
Also, Mojoryan, does Storm do damage? Dual-type moves actually only affect how much damage it does - Flying Press is still Fighting-type (so holding a Sky Plate won't increase its power, and if it is somehow acquired by a Flying-type that isn't Fighting, it won't get STAB), but it does damage as though it is both Fighting and Flying. If Storm does not do damage, then there is no reason to have it dual-typed, as being dual-typed would do nothing. ^^"

By the way when I say Speed I mean accuracy ok (Just add a little to it if it is too low ok)

It can be be only electric if you want and storm has a SMALL chance of paralyzing, it is mainly used against fire types because it does 10 power but only affects fire types I'll change it to just electric in the original

Dinosaurs arent Salamanders. T-rexs are actually related to chickens and most dinos became birds that arent silly.

Yes i mean that. It could also just involve the attacker throwing bricks with words written all over them at the target. it would attack 2-5 times.
