Blaze's neck flames began to change, as if to resemble the letter V, not unlike the character on Victor's cap. His ears became a shade of red, like his fire proof fur. Still in the flames, which rose higher by the minute, Blaze growled and clenched his wrists.

Sceptile looked at Blaze, and used hidden power water once again.

Cyndaquil blinked and looked at Blaze in shock. He was about to flee when he heard a strange voice in his mind no...don't flee the Pokemon then debated on if he should fight or not.

Now some blue/white flames blasted out from Blaze's hands. Blaze fired an eruption from within the veil, his and Victor's eyes glowing red.
The eruption hit Sceptile, and the Pokemon fired a last hidden power before fainting.
The flames around Blaze dissolved, and the Pokemon fainted from exhaustion.

Cyndaquil blinked in shock and looked at Blaze from the tree. He then jumped to the ground and slowly approached the Typhlosion.
