I can see why you'd want this: Because of the fact that certain Retros can hatch with a Mega Bubble, but they aren't meant to evolve, so like the others, I don't support.

Ok first of all ... Is it really that hard to write few words about your suggestions instead of "the title says it all?" Is it really that hard to explain why would you like to see them evolve and how would they evolve?

Oterwise: No support. Retros are meant to stay unevolved and they should stay unevolved.
