i like the Happy Birthday Top banners - but ye ... i'm not putting up daily a Birthday banner from one of u staffs haha :D sorry

so maybe can add more top banners / backgrounds to custom profiles ??
would be soooo awesome !

Um, neutral. While I like the ideia of all PH users (or at least all that are active) having a banner, that would take a lot of time.

true ... just a idea but maybe a way like u can upload a Avatar - but a option to upload a banner ? for example facebook ?

You might be interested in this guide. It explains how you can set your own backgrounds, banners, etc. with the help of a simple browser add-on called "Stylish" - this way you can have whatever images you like set as a banner and you won't need to wait for PH to add new ones to the site. :)

Not sure about mobile compatibility, though?
