You have two choices : Travel with a group (have better chance at being healed if hurt) or Travel alone (can get places faster but will feel empty)

Amon only packed the essentials, leaving his personal belongings behind, snacks, bottles of water, and even his tooth brush and tooth paste. He felt like if he was gonna go out, he'd do it with good hygiene. Once he finished packing he walked out of his house, it would be a shame that he would have to leave it behind, since he was the only one living there. Amon was prepared for the worst, though he had no idea what Arceus had in store for him.
