Just because a person is new to the site, doesn't mean they don't have to follow the rules and be reminded of what they are doing wrong.

If Fantasygamer still want to hold this as a raffle, they should contact a moderator for this thread to be moved to User-made Contest, but they also need to read this.

A person who's 7 Months Old on the site with almost 53 Gameplay hours is not "new".

And even if he was new, that doesn't exempt him from following the Rules, as Craig said.

Also, if you both know him IRL and are telling us to "cut him some slack", maybe y'all should actually bother taking the time to familiarize him with the rules because that really will cut him some slack when it comes to getting to know the do's & don'ts of PokeHeroes.
