Oh!!! Hi there! I'm Nessy, and this is my art shop! Here, I'll be doing some traditional art, mostly for money :3
Of course, you've clicked here. You know this already. You've come here to have a good time.
But first, I need you to take a peek at the rules.

1. Do not post when the shop is closed.
2. Do NOT pre-pay me
3. Do not rush me. If it's been over 3 weeks, you can politely remind me via PM or Palpad.
4. Do not steal my art or claim it as your own. Only the commissioner has the right to use the piece ordered.
5. NEVER edit out my signature. The p.as.swor.d is rule 12.
6. Provide a clear reference, text is ONLY allowed in design orders.
7. If I turn you down because the design is too difficult, do NOT harass me.
8. Please don't complain about the colors I use? I can't really afford better colored pencils.
9. NO NSFW
10. No advertising your own art here. (You may post your art only in the case of an art trade)
11. No spam
12. Please hide your forum signatures?
13. I have every right to refuse a commission if I so choose. If I have to drop your order for any reason, I will notify you!
