I hate to be a bother but is there a specific lvl for budew to evolve since it evolves by gaing a level during the day?

I think he's referring to Sylveon which is obtained by friendschip (the pokémon Amie thing) not happiness.

Sylveon isn't available yet.

(If you do mean Happiness, I stand corrected)

Budew too evolves with friendship.
Bulbapedia line:- It evolves into Roselia when leveled up with high friendship during the day.
I does not evolve with happiness.
Any help here!

I stand corrected; I made the distinction 'Friendship' & 'Happiness' to make the distinction between Sylveon & other 'special' evolutions (which is why I referred to the amie-thing), but on PH, they mean the same.

Bulbapedia also shows you the image of a Soothe Bell. Seeing as how several users have told you to use that, you have all the information you need, you just don't believe it.

How would you evolve Aipom? It is a move based evolution, yes. But there is no given level. So long as it knows double-hit. Or is Aipom's evolution not implemented yet?

According to Bulbapedia, it learns Double Hit at level 32, so that should be when it evolves :3

So I just tried this - had a Karrablast and Shelmet, both from different OT, in my party. The Karrablast evolved just fine, but the Shelmet then did not after gaining a level. Do I need to have a new Karrablast in the party with it? It would make sense, but I was hoping to get both of them evolved.

Well yes, you need another Karrablast then. Wjhen Karrablast evolves, it obviously isn't a Karrablast anymore so the needed counterpart for Shelmet to evolve isn't there anymore.

So it is after all... I had somehow gotten the idea they'd evolve together, but that likely wouldn't work coding wise. Thank you.

EDIT: Now that I have a new Karrablast egg in my party, Shelmet evolved? XD

So it says that traded evolutions evolve when they're traded to another user and that user needs to level it up once before it actually evolves?
I just tried this with a friend (he was trying to evolve my sh.haunter) but when the haunter finally leveled, he didn't evolve?
My friend did use a rare candy on him though, so could that be the reason why?

Or.. am I just.. blatantly missing something very obvious :x
