if we notice when we are battling we only found one attack of the type of pokemon. it's really boring if we don't know what attacks should have to done. so, my decision is that there should be more attacks of pokemons. like if we are taking balbasaur in battle there should be thses steps:-
1. click attack
2. there should be this type attack like razor leaf and wine whip or whatever of balbasaur attack.
3. if we want tackle we can click tackle from that group.

And theres much more suggestions with the same thing you are suggesting.
And,the reason why this will not be implemented is because:
1. PokeHeroes is an adoptable site
2. It would take too much time to implement.
There is probably more reasons to why this will be rejected,but those are 2.

I believe Riako himself once said that since the moves come at levels he'd probably have to edit every pokemon move into every pokemon on the site which would take forever. I don't remember where I actually saw that and it may not have been Riako who said it, but either way it was said. Besides, this isn't a battling site, it's an adoptable site.
