Stay In Logic Thought
Mecha Pokemon ARE NOT in an alliance with humans
No Power-Playing and God Modding
No descriptive gore or romance
Romance is allowed just don't make the whole RP based around it
Don't focus the rp on yourself and yourself alone
Words such as Damn and Hell are allowed
Pokemon may use attacks that are not in their moveset (i.e A Mecha Gengar can fire a blast of chaos or dark energy without knowing a move that does it or not have a move in pokemon that does it

History: Neptune was one of the pokemon that was tested on by humans, he didn't want to be tested on he fought until he didn't have any strength left. But now that he's a mecha his energy's been replenished and escaped once the humans gave him a Nano core. His location is currently unknown.
