In the palpad, no matter what gender the person is, if they don't have an avatar the male silhouette is shown.......

As this was the original report of the Default-male Avatar in PalPad, I'll push this to the front page.
Not sure as this is an actual bug, as the Male sprite seems to be the default sprite on several pages on site.
