Trade threads that have been inactive for more than 2 months were deleted.

New Header banners have been added! Change your PokéHeroes layout in your Style settings.
Our artist Abby got the permission from Xous54 (deviantArtist) to use these awesome Pokémon artworks.

Added a few new notifications for different features on PokéHeroes.
You can also disable certain (propably most annoying) notifications in your Misc. Settings

The
Egg Radar Notificator is now available as a key item at the
shop. It send you a notification everytime your Egg Radar finds a
few grass spots in the Tall Grass that might contain an egg.(And you can obviously also disable it after buying it in your Misc. Settings)

A new key item has been added to the Item Shop: The
Odd
Incense increases your time limit at the Gem Cauldron.
It is used automatically and can be bought as often as you like.

The Item Shop, the Event Shop and the Dream World Shop moved to "Emera Mall" (New in Town-Navigation)
Thanks to Leo Baskerville for the awesome artworks :)
This was necessary so there is enough space for upcoming features in the navigation.

Hey everyone, Bill here! (I hacked into Riako's account, hehe.)
I was quite busy in the past few days - whew - upgrading the servers for our storage boxes, re-installing many applications, fixing some bugs...
But - finally! - I found a way to store your eggs. Yeah!
Visit me after reaching Trainerlevel 8 and start storing a few eggs in special storage boxes. This is very useful for trainers who are on a shiny hunt - you can store eggs in there which would normally break your chain, because all stored eggs are prevented from receiving interactions.

Implemented something for the Help-forum that was really necessary.
But try it out yourself: Start creating a new thread in the Help-Forum (without actually posting it) and choose a commonly used title (For example: "How do I get honey???"). Then click on the textbox to write some content - et voilá!
But please don't post unnecessary topics while testing this new extension :p just leave the "Create a new Thread" page after you discovered the update.)

The badge "Quest Master" has been changed to "Plushie Cuddler" (Badge Set #3). It's now possible to obtain all available badges :)
The reason for this is that the feature, that I had planned for the "Quest Master"-badge, is not going to be released in near future - if at all.

You may now cancel a battle when your partner has been disconnected for more than 5 minutes.
Please refresh the battle page after 5 minutes to see the "Cancel"-option.

Update for the battling: The chance of failing the "block" move increases when you use it multiple times in a row now.

This is very useful (and cheap enough) for Item Auctions and legendary/shiny Pokémon.
(Let's hope that this will not be spammed with random Pokémon :b Otherwise I'll have to increase the fee)

The Poll Manager has been added to your Settings-tab in the navigation.
You can create polls which are then shown in your Userprofile. :)

I recently noticed that some users are apparently abusing the forum subscription tool (aka subscribing to 250+ forum threads). That's why I implemented a limit of 30 subscriptions per user - which should be more than enough.
Reason:
The subscriptions are checked for updates by your notification manager everytime you visit a page on PokeHeroes. Checking 1 up to 30 subscriptions is very fast and doesn't lower the performance at all.
But letting the server check 250+ subscriptions everytime slows down the site speed by a lot - approx. 0.1s/0.2s every time you open a new page.
You may still think that this is a rather small number - but normally a whole PokeHeroes page is generated in 0.15 up to 0.8 seconds. So only the subscriptions of some users already take up more than 15% of the site performance. Just not needed and a waste of resources, if you ask me :b This slows down your notifications, it slows down the server, and as a result it slows down the clicklists and all the other features too!
Just manage your subscriptions properly and unsubscribe from old threads.
