Minor Updates
Forum-Index → News → Minor UpdatesThe VS. Seeker is back! You can now battle other users on PokéHeroes.
Change log:
→ You can now disable your VS. Seeker, so you don't want to receive battle requests (suggested here)
→ The win/loses have been removed from the userprofile (inspired by this suggestion). Instead, you now have a "Battle Stats" view on the VS. Seeker page where you can see your - and someone else's - win/lose stats.
→ You can now have up to 3 battle requests at the same time
→ You can be in multiple battles at the same time - even with the same battle team.
Gameplay Changes:
→ A Furfrou with a temporary haircut can no longer be set up for a trade
→ When setting up a Pokémon for trade which is not tradeable (e.g. your Starter or a Dex completion legendary), the page now tells you why it isn't tradeable
→ Pichu (Spiky-eared) is female-only now. It's also female-only in the official games, according to Bulbapedia
→ A Pokémon's nature raises/decreases its stat by 10% now instead of 20%.
Bug Fixes:
→ Taking photos in the beauty contest of newer Pokémon (e.g. Pokémon from Alola) no longer makes the Pokémon sprites disappear on the final photo
→ Spoilers can now be opened/closed when previewing a new forum post/PM
→ When setting up a new trade with a slow internet connection, the page no longer reloads when you confirm your Pokémon selection
→ When retrieving multiple Pokémon from rumble missions at once and then changing the area of one, the page no longer changes the location for all pending arrivals
→ When clicking on an avatar on the Medal Rallye page, you now land on the correct userprofile
→ When you have an active Event Pass, the Event Shop no longer asks you whether you'd like to use an Event Voucher when the egg is free anyway
→ Your daily free lottery ticket is now also free when you buy it using the "Random ticket(s)" tool
→ The navigation on the "Poll Manager" has been changed from Community to Settings; and on the "Share Widget" page from Home to Community
→ When accessing PokéHeroes via https, the forum search no longer redirects you to a non-secure http page
→ The broken image when evolving a shiny Eevee at the Snowy Mountains has been fixed
→ Searching for users which have an underscore "_" or a "%" in the username on the palpad and on the userlist now works properly
The order of the Userprofile panels has been slightly changed.
"Last visitors" has been moved to the left below "Contact", while the "Badge Showcase" and the "Medals" have been moved to the right.
"About Me" is now above instead of below the "Plushies" panel.
You can now customize your userprofile with five different custom panels and change the arrangement of the default panels in your Profile Layout-settings!
The custom panels (aka "About Me") have also slightly been increased in maximum height.
It is no longer possible to hide your "Contact"-panel on your user profile (otherwise people wouldn't be able to report, block or add you to their friendlist).
However, an "Advanced settings" option has been added to the Profile Layout Settings page where you can hide your "Last action" from that panel.
Update #1:
You can now click on eggs in your Storage Boxes to open a short summary about them. Makes it easy to know which eggs are stored in your Egg Storage!
Update #2:
Eggs in your daycare now have a release timer that shows how much time you've got left to adopt it.
Update #3:
The Tall Grass now tells you how much Pokémon of the species that you are currently hunting are still available in the tall grass.
Update #4:
You can now view how many Pokémon of a certain Pokémon you've hatched in your PokéDex:
This can be especially useful when hunting the legendary toolshed trio or Hoopa.
Note that these numbers have only been collected since September 2016. Pokémon hatched and released before that date do unfortunately not count for this statistic.
You can now easily resend your Pokémon to all special rumble areas (e.g. Alola, Route 102, areas that require maps, etc.).
All areas that you have unlocked and that your Pokémon is able to explore are selectable during the resend process. In case more then six areas are selectable, use the arrow keys at the top to switch between the different pages. Enjoy!
You can now mark plushies at the Dream World Shop as your "Favorites" by clicking on the grey star next to them!
Want to make your friends a special surprise and send them their favorite plushies? Insert their username as the recipient and go to the new "Favorites"-tab. It will show you all plushies that this user has marked with a golden star!
You can now see your own rank/progress in the "Most Pokémon", "Most PokéDex Entries" and "Most Eggs Hatched" categories in our Ranklists.
This is currently a work-in-progress/testing feature. Please let us know what you think in the discussion thread!
→ All ranklists (except for Newest members, Most interactions and Strongest Pokémon) now show your current rank as well.
→ The PokéDex ranklists (Highest/Lowest (Shiny) Frequency) now differ between regular Pokémon and non-regular (Events, Megas, Alolan, ...).
FYI: The user ranklists are updated 4-times an hour. The PokéDex ranklists are updated every three hours (01:12AM, 04:12AM, 07:12AM, ...). The sitewide statistics at the top are updated 3-times an hour.
Calculating these advanced ranklists is really performance-heavy; but luckily we have some very powerful servers thanks to our generous premium customers! c:
So thanks and enjoy!
There's been a bug with the new Staraptor Plushie - its price was accidentally set to 3 DP instead of 35 DP. All Staraptor purchases has to be undone and refunded. Really sorry for the inconvenience!
(Please note that it might be possible that a Victini Plushie has now been removed from your account in case your Dream Point counter went under the goal again due to the refunds. But since your Dream Points have been refunded, you can simply buy some more plushies and claim Victini again.)
You can now enable an experimental preview of the advanced mobile support that we have been working on during the last months to see the current progress. You can enable or disable it in your Style Settings at any time! (Note that enabling this setting shouldn't change anything on your Desktop browser; only mobile browsers are affected.)
After enabling the setting, your page should look like this:
News page, PokéDex, Notifications.
We need your feedback! Please report broken or weird looking pages in this collection thread.
