I disagree. BBCode is pretty secure, and doesn't open the site up to risks. However, if Riako made it possible for every single user to use html, then there's a lot of security risks that open up with that. I've actually seen it happen on another site where the admin forgot to make the html codes admin only for two days, and some users actually used this short time to do little tricks that caused viruses to get on some of the member's computers.

(One of these tricks was using an embedded image that when viewed downloaded the virus. I think that's what it was, but I'm not 100% sure. I just know that we can't do that with the img tags on here because they won't register any non-url image link)

While it would allow a larger range of actions, I don't think it is worth the risk. Plus, it's possible for Riako to add in his own BBCode, which has already been done to a degree ([pkmn]1[/pkmn] =

for example)
If there is something specific that you're looking to do, then you can look to see if there's already a suggestion for it to be added as a bbcode option.

I know that the float code has been requested multiple times. (And I still see no reason to not have that as a BBCode) as well as text alignment (As right and center is all we currently have, and I think I saw someone suggesting left-alignment before)
