it has come to my attention that the magikarp plushies are to easy to buy since they are 5 DP each and people can use them to get on the ranklist much faster. To me it not right because we dont get to see people with a actual nice collection like abby's absol collection.I havent seen anyone else make this post so i made it myself to address this consern I feel that either magikarp plushies should not count to the ranklist or at least make them 10 DP. so other people like abby can be noticed for a plushie collection that is not full of magikarp

I agree but, only the first one should count to the ranklist with the others not counting

While I can understand where you're coming from, you still need to be gifted the plushies in the first place. Taking it away from Magikarp, would cause users to complain about the next in line being the cheapest and thus shouldn't be counted.
At this point in time, it's currently counting all the plushies they have, not just the one plushie they have the most of.
